Eight days on Mexico's Pacific coast, designed to feel less like a holiday and more like a reset. We swim in warm, clear water, walk coastal trails, practise yoga at sunrise, and share long lunches of fresh ceviche, local tacos and cold beer.
This is a soulful, once-in-a-lifetime week - whale sightings, snorkelling at Los Arcos, SUP on the bay, and evenings that drift into starlit conversation. Small group, two hosts, one gentle rhythm.

Two back-to-back weeks of the full Mexico retreat - refined and expanded from the 2027 pilot. Warm-water swimming, gentle hiking, yoga, whale watching, snorkelling and the long-lunch culture we're known for. Come for one week, or stay for both.
Base camp · Nuevo Vallarta
Our base is a private villa right next to the water in Nuevo Vallarta, with its own boat dock. Beamed ceilings, an ensuite bedroom for every guest, a main pool with hot tub, and a lit walkway down to the boats that take us out on Banderas Bay.
The exact villa shown may change, but every property we use is of the same quality, features and waterfront setting. Any change will be communicated well ahead of the retreat.

Eight days across Banderas Bay, Yelapa, Sayulita, Los Arcos and the Sierra Madre. Every day blends swimming, gentle movement, local food and drink, and time to simply be in one of the most beautiful places on the Pacific coast.
Airport pickup and a slow arrival at our private villa on the marina. A gentle stretch, a first dip in the pool, and a welcome dinner of fresh ceviche and local seafood as the sun goes down over the water.
A relaxed morning swim from the villa's dock, followed by a guided SUP session on the calm bay. Boat across to Yelapa for a long lunch under the palms - fish tacos, cold beer, and the rhythm of a village with no cars.
Beachfront yoga and breathwork at sunrise, then a boat trip to Los Arcos for snorkelling among tropical fish and rock arches. Home for a late lunch, an afternoon siesta, and a tequila tasting at sunset.
January is the heart of whale season. We head out by boat to watch humpbacks breach and tail-slap, then slip into the water for a guided swim in the bay. A picnic lunch on a quiet beach and a slow afternoon of reading, swimming, and shade.
A gentle hike along coastal paths to the surf town of Sayulita, with time to wander the colourful streets, browse the market, and eat the best fish tacos on the coast. Afternoon swim and a beachfront margarita as the light turns gold.
A scenic drive into the Sierra Madre to San Sebastián, a 'Pueblo Mágico' of cobbled streets and coffee farms. A gentle walk, a farm-to-table lunch, a tasting of local raicilla, and the quiet of the mountains before returning to the coast.
A long, soulful swim in the open water around Islas Marietas, with safety support and a chance to visit the Hidden Beach. Back to the villa for a final yoga session, a celebratory dinner on the dock, and a night swim under the stars.
One last slow breakfast by the water, a final coffee, and a relaxed transfer to Puerto Vallarta airport - taking the warmth of the bay with you.
