TriSwim Retreats
Meet the Team
The swimmers, coaches, hosts and dreamers who make every retreat feel like a long lunch with friends.

Laura Ansell
"I built these retreats with one thing in mind: rest and reset."
I was looking for something that blended activity with authentic experiences - where I could swim, eat and drink like a local, meet new people, soak up the culture and explore new water. When I couldn't find it, I built it.
Swimming has been close to my heart since childhood, from Sunday afternoons with my Dad through to ultra-endurance open water swims today. As a Swim Smooth certified coach with a BSc in Applied Sport Science, my sessions on retreat are technical when you want them to be and playful when you don't - tailored to you, in some of the most beautiful water in the world.

Cristiano "Cris" Corazzini
"Adventure is for everyone — not just the elite."
Based in the heart of Central Italy, beneath the Apennine mountains and a stone's throw from Rome, Cris is the founder of Multisports Experience. What began as a passion for triathlon, cycling and mountain exploration has grown into more than 250 guided tours welcoming people from every background and ability.
Cris believes the best trips aren't about keeping up - they're about feeling looked after. His AIGAE mountain trekking, ACSI cycling guide and Certified Tour Companion qualifications mean every route, meal and hand-picked local stop runs smoothly, so guests can relax into the experience at their own pace.
Together with Laura, Cris has shaped TriSwim Retreats around the same idea: health and wellbeing served up with generous hosting, beautiful surroundings and zero pressure to be "super fit". Just show up, swim, eat well, and enjoy the company.

Ann Christensen
"Yoga is not about how a pose looks. It's about what you feel from within."
I'm Ann, originally from Copenhagen, and I am delighted to be joining the TriSwim Retreats team as your yoga and photography host. I bring together expert wellness guidance, mindful movement and creative photography to help guests slow down, reconnect and leave with both a lighter body and a keepsake of the experience.
My path into yoga began as a teenager and has grown into a lifelong practice of learning, teaching and exploring the body from the inside out. Over the years I have trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga in Bali, Aerial Yoga in New York, Yoga Therapy in Los Angeles and Mindfulness-based yoga in Greece, alongside deeper studies in anatomy and physiology.
My teaching is rooted in therapy, functionality and body awareness. Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, my sessions meet you where you are - focusing on how a pose feels, not how it looks. Expect gentle flows, breath-led movement and restorative moments designed to complement a week of swimming, hiking and being in the water.
Alongside yoga, photography is my creative heartbeat. I love capturing the small, honest moments that tell the story of a retreat - the laughter, the landscapes, the quiet triumphs - so guests can take home images that feel as real as the memories themselves.
